One of the things we love about our location here in Brigham Holiday Park is the fact that we’re not in the midst of the more ‘touristy’ places, so even on a glorious bank holiday, you can escape the crowds!
This is Sale Fell today, about 10 mins drive away.
We had no problems parking, and beautiful views across to Scotland 😍

We’re very fortunate to have some excellent restaurants close to Ellerbeck Lodge and Wren’s Retreat, including the fabulous Tarantella Restaurant in Cockermouth. If you’re staying locally, we’d definitely recommend their food, we love it!
