Inspired by the we decided to set up our very own Inntel Games at lunchtime outside the office. We may not be athletes but the competition was still strong! Well done to everyone who took part - you're all champions to us 🏅

They won chocolate instead of medals. We also enjoyed a BYO buffet, to celebrate!

As it's international self-care day, this is a little reminder to make your own well-being a priority. Here are some of the things we offer to support our people with their self-care…

😌 A dedicated Eventwell Quiet Room where all team members can go to for a peaceful break whenever they are in the office.
🚶‍♀️ Inntel Walking & Running groups on Strava, to encourage people to get their steps in, get outside in the fresh air and get together for a bit of (healthy) competition.
🧘‍♂️ Mental Health First Aiders – there are three people in our office who have received MHFA training who other staff members can reach out to for advice.
🧠 An employee assistance programme with access to free, confidential counselling sessions.
🥦 Everyone has free access to the Wisdom App, which has bags of practical advice on everything from nutrition to meditation.

Congratulations, Jake, on your 25th anniversary! 🎉Jake became a member of the IT department at Inntel in 1999, a year when PayPal was voted the worst business idea of the year. It was also a year when people feared the millennium bug, and Star Wars: Episode 1 - The Phantom Menace was the biggest film of the year.
 
A lot has changed since then, but Jake has remained dependable, valued, and an expert in his field.
