Our story

All bed linen and bath towels, hand towels and face cloths are included in the stay.

Barbeque is available, charcoal to be purchased.

Pets are welcome if house trained and charged at £20 per dog for the stay as the house will be deep cleaned on their departure.

House details

This is a large detached 4 bedroom house in its own grounds of 9 acres with grass fields running down to the River Bann, 3 acres of wood to amble around in. The house is furnished to a high standard. There is ample room for parking.

Upstairs

There are 4 spacious bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and includes a full en-suite with W.C., sink and a fully tiled shower enclosure.

The 2 further bedrooms both have king size beds with an en-suite which consists of W.C. and sink.

The 4th bedroom has a double bed.

There is a large separate bathroom with a roll top bath, W.C., sink and a tiled shower enclosure.

All bedrooms, landing and stairs are fitted with a carpet.

Downstairs

There are 3 spacious living rooms:-

1 room has a corner sofa, log burner and T.V.

1 room has 2 large sofas with T.V. and stereo.

1 room has a corner sofa.

Dining Room

There is a dining table which is capable of seating 8 people.

Kitchen

This is a large fully fitted modern kitchen with a Belfast sink, including integral dishwasher. electric hob, 2 ovens, fridge with small freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

There is a dining table in the kitchen which seats 8.

Utility room

There is a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble condenser dryer. There is also an iron and ironing board and also 2 clothes airers.

Adjacent to the utility room is a W.C. with a sink.

All the downstairs flooring is tiled with underfloor heating throughout.

The front and rear doors lead onto a patio area. At the front, there is a patio table and chairs which seat 6 and at the rear there is a patio table with benches.

Also, we have an outside covered over area with seating for you to smoke.
