I am still a little saddle sore from our 4 day safari , so I would wholeheartedly recommend doing a safari before retirement if it is on your bucket list . Game drives are 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours at dusk and you do need to be fairly fit to climb in and out of the jeeps!
