My Showcase today is Florida, one of the best places I’ve visited, both for the fun and entertainment you can have and the gorgeous places you can visit without doing all the theme parks.
Florida of course is best known for the Disney and Universal Parks where you can spend a whole 2 weeks covering these parks and still want to do more! Kids and Big Kids love the parks, there is something for everyone, the big thrill rides, gentle slow rides, theatre shows, cinema, mini golf, shopping, loads of eateries, character meet and greets and the nighttime shows which are incredible on Main Street in Disney, bringing dreams to life.
Your visit to Orlando is not complete unless you have visited one or more of the many shopping malls, shopping is a must do when in Florida.
Florida has so much more to offer than the theme parks, the Gulf Coast, Miami, Florida Keys, Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Centre, Cape Canaveral, why not watch a rocket launch whilst over there?
Head over to Central Florida to Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg, where you will find beautiful beaches, wildlife, clear springs and scenic rivers to discover and enjoy.
Drive down to Miami, check out the shops and walk down Miami Beach and take in the sights of this great city, travel over to Fort Lauderdale again for stunning beaches, city life and of course from both of these cities you can board your chosen ships for Caribbean cruises.
