After a beautiful blue sky morning it started to cloud over just before the red arrows were due to arrive here for a practice display, nevertheless they still gave us all quite a show.
The red arrows fly past over Raf Coningsby 28.11.23 right over Lancaster Lodge, Dakota Park Holidays Coningsby. What a view you’d have had today if you’d been in it!

The Lancaster coming home tonight after doing the kings birthday flypast and other displays and flypasts.
I have a last minute booking available for next weekend 16th, 17th and 18th June in the beautiful Runway Cottage and you never know you could even get to see this amazing Lancaster while you are here. Only £285 for the weekend. Own garden and parking. A lovely King sized bed to spread about in!
Runway cottage is available this coronation weekend, where you will get to see around 20 jets leave here along with the Lancaster, spitfire and hurricane then you can watch them on tv fly over London then wait for them to return here, it’s certainly going to be quite a sight to see. ✈️
Lots of things to do in the area. New fishing lake 2miles away, fully stocked.
Lots of home cooked food in cosy pubs which are dog friendly. Golf, museums, National Trust and lots more.

The Dakota left RAF Coningsby today for her maintenance and respray but won’t be back until 2023, this is her leaving today.
The Lancaster displaying over us yesterday before doing their fly past at Woodhall spa’s 1940’s weekend then off to the show.
