Swallowdale Holiday Cottage Sleeps 6, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in the beautiful Lake District Torver sits under the Old Man of Coniston and Dow Crag.

Torver is a village of about 30 houses, 2.5 miles south of Coniston village and a mile’s walk from Coniston Water. Two village pubs, the Wilsons Arms and the Church House Inn, are attractive and welcoming, serving great food. It is approximately 40 minutes drive from J36 (Kendal) of the M6. The house features:
3 bedrooms sleeping six (a double and two twin rooms)
family bathroom with over bath

shower (new 2015), en-suite shower room and downstairs cloakroom
fully equipped kitchen (new 2014)
spacious lounge/diner, with oak floor, extendable dining table (seating up to 12), 2 reclining 3 seater sofas, 2 easy chairs
Burley woodburning stove and LPG gas central heating
TV/DVD/CD
patio door to back garden with patio and lawn
large entrance hall, with hooks for coats and space for boots
wifi unlimited broadband
travel cot and high chair
off road parking for up to 6 cars
2 minutes to the Wilsons, which has a shop/deli attached
wonderful walks from the door step
one dog welcome by arrangement
