A south facing enclosed rear courtyard garden to the rear offers outdoor seating, an outside tap for washing wetsuits, welly boots or dirty paws after exploring Conwy’s beaches or countryside castle walks. If the evenings get cooler, retreat inside to enjoy the benefit of the woodburning stove. This Conwy cottage sleeps four, making it a superb base for couples, family and friends, at any time of the year. Low Quay Cottage is located within the medieval wall of the historic coastal town, Conwy in North Wales. It is a World Heritage Site, noted for its architectural and historical heritage. The quaint streets of this small town is bustling with historical attractions, independent shops, restaurants and hotels. Conwy Castle was built for King Edward I between 1283 and 1287, and is distinguished as one of the most remarkable achievements of medieval military architecture. The town has an array of annual events, fairs, as well as festivals, including Pirate weekend (May), Honey Fair (Sept), & fireworks and a visit from Father Christmas on Christmas Eve (Dec). Conwy is an easily accessible location for exploring popular tourist destinations such as Snowdonia National Park, Llandudno (the charming Victorian holiday resort with pier) and day trips to beautiful Welsh countryside & sandy beaches. Accommodation comprises over two floors:
