The Conwy Quay is one of the main places to visit in Conwy with it's beautiful panoramic views of the estuary and castle. The quay has many attractions on it such as the smallest house in Britain and the mussel museum. It is also where the RNLI Lifeboat station is situated. The Conwy quay hosts some of Conwy's iconic events such as the Wales Rally GB, Conwy Feast, The Pirate Weekend and the Conwy River Festival.

A staggering 92.5% of stores are independent and not owned by chains, according to new figures released by British Independent Retailers Association.

The Medieval town boasts a multi-award winning butchers shop in Edwards of Conwy, an award winning chocolatier Baravellis as well as an independent book shop, wine shop, a toy shop, a clutch of boutiques and a raft of independently owned cafes and restaurants.
