A week to go!

On Weds 11 December, a NE Schools XV will take on the touring Raptors XV from Australia @ Kingston Park Stadium.

The home squad is made up of players from -

Newcastle School for Boys
Yarm School
Kings School Tynemouth
Durham School
QEHS Hexham

A big thanks to Newcastle Falcons for hosting & to the Northumberland Rugby Union for the assistance in getting the game on.

This will be the 3rd of 4 games for the tourists on their trip to Ireland, England & Scotland.

It’s a special game for us, taking place in our native North East, showcasing the Rugby the region boasts & of course showing them the great and good this part of the world can offer off the field.

The U14 XV from Major League Rugby franchise San Diego Legion touch down in Sydney, Australia tomorrow ahead of their very exciting

Competing in the New South Wales Junior Rugby Union event this weekend, the Legion play four games against the best teams in Sydney & the NSW Country.

The team will catch Australia 🇦🇺 Vs Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 at Allianz on Saturday evening, Jet Boat 🚤 on Sydney Harbour, visit Taronga Zoo 🐨, spend time in Manly & visit the Campus’ of both University of Sydney & the University of NSW.

A packed few days!

It is a privilege to have the opportunity to put it together & awesome to reconnect the Legion with our good friends at Raptors Rugby Academy during their time in Sydney.

📣 The Rugby Tour Specialists is Recruiting 📣

We are expanding our Operations Department and have an exciting role available within the team.

The role will encompass all aspects of organising and delivering our exceptional Tour itineraries.

You will work with suppliers to ensure all accommodation, transport, activities and excursions are delivered to the highest level.

You will have a flair for detail, a tenacious attitude for logistics, a desire to exceed expectations & enthusiasm to learn.

No prior experience in a similar role is essential.

The full-time role will be based at our HQ in Corbridge, Northumberland & will start in August 2024.

A great image from Easter Sunday.

Current National 🇺🇸 Champions, Gonzaga College HS, travelled to Argentina, where they opened their tour with three games at Tucumán Rugby Club in the north of the country.

The U18A game finished 14-12 to the hosts.

We love getting teams off the beaten track, especially into historic Rugby Heartlands like Tucumán. 🇦🇷

The tourists continue their Argentinian adventure in Salta tonight with a match at Jockey Club.

Over the years, we’ve worked with a number of teams from the city of Brantford, Ontario. The Mustangs U18 Girls Rugby Team hit new territory though on their tour to Portugal. Time spent in Lisbon, Porto & Coimbra included games against the representative sides of the Lisbon & North Regions as well as a tournament with girls from across Portugal. Off the field, the team took in:

🏄‍♀️ - An Atlantic Surf Experience in Lisbon
🏰 - Visted the UNESCO World Heritage site at Sintra
🚲 - Bicycle Tour of Lisbon & Belem
💃🏻 - A Traditional Dinner & Fado Show in Alana
⛴️ - River Duoro Cruise in Porto
🔍 - Sightseeing in Coimbra & ancient Aldeia de Xisto village.

We hope to see you guys tour again soon!
