Join us, for a delightful food and drink experience with something for everyone. The town centre and the grounds of Digital Mansion Corsham will be brimming with stalls offering a variety of treats, from paella to chutney and rum to micro-brewed beer. 🍻

Exciting News! 📞

The iconic telephone box outside the Town Hall has had a makeover! This cherished piece of our town's heritage has been beautifully revamped and freshly painted by BT, bringing a vibrant splash of colour to the High Street. 🌟

Come by and take a look. It's not just a working phone box; it's a part of Corsham's history! 📸

Even the nosy peacocks approve. 🦚

Taste of Corsham takes place this year on Saturday 15 June between 10am and 4pm, with a fantastic array of stalls on the High Street, in the town centre and in the grounds of Digital Mansion Corsham on Pickwick Road. ☀

Follow the Taste Trail around the event and discover over 30 stalls selling amazing local produce or enjoy the live music in different places around the town. 🥙🎶

To enable festival-goers to make the most of their time in Corsham, there will be free parking all day in all the town centre car parks.

Experience the charm of Corsham's beloved peacock population! 🦚

These majestic birds were introduced to Corsham by the Methuen family in the 1920s, and they've become an integral part of our town's rich history ever since. While their official residence is Corsham Court, you'll often find them making themselves at home on our cobbled pavements and historic streets. 📍

Whether they're causing havoc holding up traffic, perching on rooftops, squawking at each other (they are very loud), or admiring their reflections in shop windows, the Corsham peacocks never fail to captivate both young and old. 📸 With their vibrant plumage and distinctive calls, they add a splash of colour and excitement to the town.

So next time you're strolling through Corsham, don't forget to keep an eye out for these beautiful birds! 🌈🦚

Corsham is packed with amazing walking routes, ideal for a springtime activity.

Corsham Heritage Trails highlight the industrial history of Corsham, views, and the surrounding area. There are eight walks, from 4.5 miles up to a challenging 10.3 miles, with four centred on Corsham and the others connecting to Biddestone, Box, and Colerne. 🚶‍♀️

📍 The eight walking guides are available, for free, at Corsham Town Council, Tourist Information Centre, Springfield Campus, The Corsham Bookshop and other venues around the town.

Corsham Walking Festival is taking place over the 7 – 9 June, with over 20 walks taking place.

Bee on the lookout and keep your little ones entertained. 🐝

From Saturday 23 March to Sunday 21 April, there are bees hiding in the windows of 10 shops and businesses around the town centre. All you have to do is write down the name of the business where you spot the bees, complete the entry form and hand it in to the Town Hall by 23 April.

Every entry will win an Easter treat and will be entered into a draw to be in with a chance of winning the grand prize! 🏆

These bees were designed and made by a local artist Little Gem. With 50p of the proceeds from each bee going to the Bumble Bee Conservation Trust.

The Corsham Almshouses and Schoolroom are ready to welcome visitors once again. Starting from Saturday 23 March 2024, visits will resume every Saturday afternoon throughout the summer. Operating hours are from 1 pm to 3:30 pm.

Discover the charming and unique Corsham Almshouse and Schoolroom, comprising a collection of historic buildings dating back to the seventeenth century. Step into the schoolroom, preserved with many original features and furnishings, offering a glimpse into the past that remains virtually unchanged.
