You'll be spoilt for beautiful beaches to visit here in North Wales. We've tried out quite a few and are always happy to recommend to our guests. Whether you want miles of golden sand, dog friendly, ideal for little paddlers, touristy or secluded, we've got the lot here and all 45 mins -1 hour drive away. Pack the suncream and swimmers and head off this summer.

Well 2020 has been quite a roller coaster and we haven't been able to share this beautiful place with everyone as we hoped.

We are crossing our fingers that 2021 will be a better year for everyone. Our bookings remain closed for next year until we feel more certain that we can uphold the bookings we take.

Sadly we can't share our festive decorations with guests in person but we hope you are all safe and well and manage to enjoy the festive period.

We've closed our booking system via our website until we are sure of the ever changing rules. Hopefully we will be able to welcome guests back next year.

We can highly recommend this delicious feast from Olif. Conwy and much of North Wales is currently in local lockdown so we took the opportunity to safely grab a takeaway dinner from a lovely local restaurant.

Grazing box, king prawns, popcorn cockles and butter beans; all absolutely delicious!

Bore da.
We just wanted to let you know that the current rules in Wales, England and Scotland mean that we can't accept bookings of more than 6 adults/children 12+ and that groups of 6 have to be from the same 'bubble' or 'extended household group'.

We'd love to say yes to everyone who requests to book but we take the safety of our guests and our community very seriously. We hope you understand we cannot accept any bookings at the moment that don't fit with the new rulings.

🤞it will be safe for bigger groups to stay in our old mill soon but untill then we hope you all stay safe.

One of us had a great driving day at GYG karting today as part of a car club day out. It's just 5 mins drive from our mill, so grab your friends/family and enjoy this fantastic racing experience.

Another great beach to recommend to guests; Dinas Dinlle. It starts off pebbly but once the tide heads out, it's wide stretching sand as far as the eye can see. Great shallow paddling for little legs and 4 legged family members.

North Wales is certainly not short of great beaches to visit and you can easily find your own space to avoid the crowds.

These are just two of our most recent reviews. We are thrilled to hear everyone enjoyed their stay and love when guests let us know about the lovely memories they have made this summer.

A family 3 night break (7 - all adults) at this fabulous mill house. Stunning location, easy to follow instructions, helpful hosts, friendly cat. Ate in one night (kitchen fully stocked) ate out in Bala another & fish & chips on the beach for the 3rd. Would go back tomorrow. Thank you so much Paula & Steve

Just got back from spending a few days here. What a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful grounds with a stream running through. Great house, everything you could need, even fresh eggs! Steve and Paula go out of their way to make your stay one to remember. Highly recommend a stay here in the idyllic Welsh countryside. A place to relax. Will definitely be back.
