So it's the 1st of December!
Regardless of what you do or don't celebrate I wish you all love & happiness this month. It can be a busy, stressful time. Shops are busier, people can be more irate due to financial worries & theres that busy tiring day looming which comes with getting everyone together. Remember to take some time out for yourself to relax after dealing with the December strain. Bubble bath, foot soak, cheeky coffee & a cake. Go into the new year with a positive attitude xx

OPTION ONE
Each person gets to choose two mini therapy sessions, one from list one & one from list two. The treatments are not a full treatment they are short sample treatments.
£25 per person. Each person gets half an hour in treatments each. (After any cleansing of the feet or face) Payable before the party begins.
OPTION TWO
Choose two from list one & one from list two £35 each
Getting 40 mins each
OPTION THREE

LIST ONE:
*Aromatherapy facial massage - 10mins
The face is cleaned & a gentle massage is done with Aromatherapy oils. For relaxation purposes only, this is not a toning facial. It is designed to relax & help with lymph drainage from the sinus areas.
*Aromatherapy hand massage - 10mins
The hand & wrist are given a relaxing massage with Aromatherapy oils. Good for those who do manual labour or those who put their hands through a lot from contact with chemicals or dirt.
*Holistic foot & lower leg massage - 10mins
The feet & ankle area are massaged with deep strokes.
*Abdominal massage - 10 mins
The abdominal area is massaged to help with bowel movement. Great for IBS, not suitable for pregnant women.
LIST TWO:
*Reflexology - 20mins
The feet will be cleaned with surgical spirit then a short massage of the reflex zones of the feet.
*Aromatherapy - neck & shoulder massage - 20 mins
The shoulder & neck area will be given a gentle massage with Aromatherapy oils. Only the area above the shoulder blades will be massaged.
*Mini Pedicure – 20 mins
nail file & shape, cuticle shape, clean & polish.
*Mini Manicure – 20 mins
nail file & shape, cuticle shape, clean & polish.
*Holistic neck & shoulder massage - 20mins
The shoulder & neck area above the shoulder blades will be given a deep muscle massage.
*Reiki - 20mins
A short Reiki treatment of the upper front of the body
*Indian Head Massage -20mins
A massage of the scalp & neck
