This high specification lodge has 2 double bedrooms and private hot tub with views over the stream. This luxury lodge is 40’ x 20’, is situated on a quiet new park on the banks of a babbling brook, with a large open plan living room & kitchen diner. It has 2 double bedrooms and a large sofa bed, it can accommodate up to 5-6, however is ideally suited to 3 or 4 guests. The master bedroom has a king

size bed, which can spit out into 2 singles,en-suite with shower & wc. As well as a large walk in wardrobe, & smart tv. The second bedroom has a double bed, triple wardrobe and dresser, with mirrors and hairdryer. The bathroom has bath with shower and wc. The entrance hall has a gas boiler cupboard with vacuum cleaner and clothes airer, and a cloakroom with iron and board, as well as storage and additional heaters or fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven grill microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer and 5 ring gas hob. The living area has 50” smart tv with Freeview Play, Netflix and Prime video. Fireplace with remote control electric log effect fire. 2 x 2 seater, 1 x 3 seater sofas and an armchair. It also has another sofa that converts into a small double bed if needed. There is also a computer station with printer. The property has 4g Wi-fi with speeds up to 62mbps. It has french doors leading onto an East facing decked area with lounge seating, banana parasol, tables and chairs and 4/5 seater spa hot tub, all overlooking the nearby stream. Please note - We are a strictly no pets, no smoking venue. Mid week breaks start at £30 pppn, weekend or short stays begin at £40pppn in low season. (Based on 4 persons sharing). Please email dates required for an accurate quote. A refundable security deposit of £100 is required on booking, refunded after your stay if no damages. The full balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival. At present we can only accept bank transfers or cleared cheques. Photo ID of person booking and names & addresses of all guests are required at time of booking as part of our insurance & letting license. Join us for a big cleanup dive , Sunday 25th June @ 11:00, Certified divers only, no charge, equipment can be provided.
We are also looking for non divers to help with the beach clean.
It is advisable to check in & book your spots as dive spaces are limited.
