Midweek (Monday-Friday, 4 nights) - £440
Weekend (Friday-Monday, 3 nights) - £400
Week (Monday-Monday, 7 nights) - £800
Fortnight (Monday-Monday, 14 nights) - £1500
6 berth (4 adults, 2 children).
Dogs permitted upon request.
Bed linen, towels, electricity, gas, welcome pack, WiFi etc. are all included, there are no hidden fees.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
1. A provisional booking will be accepted by the Caravan Owners (“we”, “us” & “our”), subject to receiving a £50 deposit within 5 working days, this deposit should be paid by BANK TRANSFER or PAYPAL. Upon receiving deposit, the Hirer (“you” & “your”) will receive confirmation for the dates that you have now booked. Please note that ALL Bookings are provisional until we receive the deposit.
2. If the deposit is not received within 5 working days it is assumed that the provisional Booking is no longer required.
3. If you fail to make the balance payment due to us in full and on time (4 weeks before commencement) we shall be entitled to treat your Booking as cancelled by you and the Cancellation Policy (as defined below) shall apply.
4. You shall also pay a £75 refundable security deposit. This is fully refundable at the end of the hire period and returned within seven days of departure date. We reserve the right to withhold some or all of the deposit and/or bill the hirer for the additional cost of: a) replacing and/or repairing any and all damage b) any and all breakages c) excessive cleaning of the caravan or removing stains or replacing as new.
5. You must inform us within 12 hours of arrival of all defects, inventory shortages and/or breakages. Failure to do so will result in you being responsible.
CANCELLATION POLICY
IF YOU CANCEL OR AMEND YOUR BOOKING
6. Any cancellations must first be confirmed in writing. (Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation).
7. No refund will be made once hiring has commenced should you vacate the Property for any reason.
8. If the full balance has been paid, refunds will be made at our discretion.
IF WE CANCEL OR AMEND YOUR BOOKING
9. We would not expect to have to make any changes to your booking once it is agreed between you and us, but sometimes problems occur and we do have to make alterations or, very occasionally cancel bookings. If this does happen, we will contact you as soon as is reasonably practical and inform you of the cancellation or the change to your booking.
10. If we cancel your booking, we will refund you any fees you have already paid. However, we will not be liable to refund you for any fees you may have paid to any third party in connection with your holiday (including, without limitation, fees for travel, entertainment, activities or insurance).
GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
11. You agree to comply with the regulations set out in any property manual at the Property and any other regulations reasonably specified by us from time to time and ensure that they are observed by all members of your party.
12. You agree to keep and leave the Property and the furnishings, including items such as kitchen equipment, crockery and glasses clean and in good condition. (If not section 4 will apply).
13. You agree not to cause any damage to the walls, doors, windows or any other part of the Property nor to do anything that may be reasonably considered to cause a nuisance or annoyance to us or to any other occupier of adjoining or neighbouring properties. (See section 4)
14. You agree to take all necessary steps to safeguard your personal property while at the Property.
15. No refunds will be given if you are asked to vacate the property/leisure park by the owners/staff for any reason.
16. You cannot allow more people to stay in the Property than expressly authorised, nor can you significantly change the makeup of the party during your stay in the Property, nor can you take your pet into the Property unless permitted by us in writing in advance. If you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave it. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancellation of the Booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion.
17. You agree to allow us or any representative of ours access to the Property at any reasonable time during your stay for the purpose of essential repairs, in an emergency or to ensure you are complying with this Booking Contract.
UPON COMMENCEMENT OF HIRE
18. The property may be occupied from 3pm onwards on the first day of hiring.
19. In the case of a maintenance problem, you should contact us. D.I.Y repairs must NOT be attempted. If you attempt any D.I.Y repairs, then rule 4 will apply.
20. Smoking is NOT permitted in the caravan or on the decking but ashtrays are provided for use out with the decking area. Section 4 will apply to any mess or cigarette burns.
21. The caravan is to be left in a CLEAN and TIDY condition ready for the next tenants, condition is at our discretion. If not, then rule 4 shall apply.
22. Holiday park owners and their staff do not accept liability for any loss or damage to the your property and/ or accidents, injuries, illness, diseases, arising from the hire of the caravan or use of the holiday park, including acts of god or extreme weather conditions.
23. The holiday caravan MUST be vacated by 11am on the last day of hiring.
24. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, gated decking area is an exception.

By paying a deposit you are agreeing to the full terms and conditions, as above, as applicable at the time of your booking and holiday.
