The Swallows The Swallows is a 3 bedroom family friendly holiday home. A 2 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach at Overstrand. A perfect base for a beach holiday!

We have had such happy holidays in this house- being so close to the beach and the attractions of the North Norfolk coast. So when it came up for sale we knew we had to buy it! Now we can share it with all our friends and family and of course use it ourselves! Sitting on the corner of Cliff Road you are able to see the sea from the main bedroom and roof lights in the top room. The twin room offers

the perfect place for children to sleep, with toys and a full baby box available so you don't have to worry about bringing everything with you. If you are interested in staying for a weekend, a week or for a mid week get away, email me for availability and prices.

Just back from a lovely weekend at The Swallows. The weather wasn’t brilliant but it didn’t stop us, as it was so nice to be away with my family and spend some quality time together, without the worry of housework or homework! We explored the beach and played games by the fire (and had a little furniture change around!). We were also treated to a fantastic firework display by the beach on Saturday night. It really was a brilliant weekend!
