The best thing about being at the beach is that everyday is a fun day whatever the weather man says … Love the beach get in the sea and ….. embrace the delight of the British weather. Oh and if all else fails have a lazy day at the Bothy.

Tarka trail - great wee bike track which is flat and easy to ride for everyone no matter what your ability . On the southwest coast path walk to Instow with the lovely cafe at Fremington Quay great for a coffee and cake stop along the way 🍰.
