Our favourite Sunday morning activity is a walk to feed the ducks!
Accessible in 5 mins on foot from the house, Dalbeattie Forest is brilliant, very clean, great for walkers and cyclists too!

Great Reviews speak for themselves. We are now fully booked through to early September and wish all our Summer guests a lovely stay. We do have availability thereafter for anyone looking for a Late Summer/ Autumn break in our lovely region.

Display on 5 November by the same team that provides our Civic Day display (and also the display at Alton Towers). Starts 7.30pm. If attending, please adhere to the instructions of the organisers and DGRU security. Car parking at Islecroft; Town Hall and Daniel Car parks. Enjoy...

One of the many delights within walking distance of The Wee Granite Hoose is Dalbeattie Town Wood... one of my favourite spots whatever the weather! 3 or 4 night stays available from end of October onwards!
