Sandersons Lettings is the trading name of Sanderson Crossley Limited. Sanderson Crossley Limited was established in 1996 - as a separate company - solely established for the provision of letting and management of residential property. It was a wholly owned subsidiary of Sandersons Residential Agency, which in itself, was a long established – in excess of 150 years – company dealing with the sale of high quality residential property. Mr W Gordon Catterick was Principal Director of Sandersons Residential Agency and primarily responsible for the decision to expand the business into residential lettings. At the time, a number of other residential estate agents were adding lettings to their existing business, but it was a conscious decision that, if lettings were to be carried out, they would be in the form of a separate company, wholly dedicated to lettings and property management – Sandersons Lettings was born! Since that date, Sandersons Lettings have concentrated on a particular element of the market and therefore, obtained in-depth experience and knowledge of the business workings and attached legislation; building a small, friendly and reliable team along the way! All our business is conducted from one office, thus providing our Landlords and Tenants with efficiency, fast repair procedures and a stringent referencing service.
