A few new additions to Barrington House for the lovely family who are on their 3rd visit. They’ve also had some new additions too and have rented both Barrington House and The Penthouse this year to cater for their growing family! What a beautiful week they are going to have-better than the Med!

We are so excited to be open again after a little break for renovation and redecoration. The S&P pots are filled, the welcome tray is ready and the wine is chilling for our Glasshouse guests arriving tonight.

A very sad day at Barrington House- our beautiful cedar tree has died and had to be taken down. Not an easy task to say the least. On a positive note- we now have lots of logs and a new cedar table in the making!

Long time no social media action - I am so sorry that we have been a bit quiet at BH HQ - we certainly haven't been quiet behind the scenes and we are all now set for a busy 2022! Bookings have gone bonkers but we do still have a few gaps so wanted our loyal followers to be the first to know. We have one week now available in all 3 properties from Friday 5th to Friday 12th August. Please visit our website for more details. We also have a few gaps in March and a few weeks available in The Penthouse in June but apart from that we are fully booked until September. For those of you who have booked we can't wait to welcome you to Barrington House and for those who haven't - here are a few photos to tempt you! x

Changeover challenges- my lovely new leather sofa which I’ve been waiting 4 months for is too big to get up the stairs to The Penthouse , a travel cot which has collapsed and won’t stay up, a blind which won’t go up or down and as I’m driving out gates which won’t close! Happy Friday everyone! 😃
