The property was only a few minutes walk from the town which made for a relaxed weekend. Thank you very much for having us."

Only in Dawlish ducks line up for big screen showing of the Coronation! Screen on from 10am. Marquee viewing or on back lawn with umbrella! Clay modelling 3pm for all ages. Children's disco 5pm. Matilda the Musical at 6pm - less space then on the big lawn but should be good!

Shhh..the secret's out! Great review for the Little Holt!

What an amazing find! I almost don’t want to say how good it is in case I can’t get another booking here! Little Holt is by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Location is excellent, parking is an absolute bonus in Dawlish, the house…well what an absolute gem! Beautifully clean, well thought out, well maintained, furniture and decor immaculate, bed was super comfy, beautiful little cottage garden at the rear and completely enclosed if you have a dog (like me) or children. I have nothing but compliments for the hosts and their lovely cottage.

We have had an amazing first summer being airbnb hosts. We have met some wonderful people but I would be lying if I didn't say it's also bloomin' hard work - never have I done so much washing, ironing and cleaning! Many thanks to my super scrubbing partner Jenny Connor, I couldn't have done it without you! All the hard work is certainly worth it, especially when you get reviews like this one from Zoe who stayed at the Little Holt last weekend.
"Wonderful stay at Little Holt! Great location, walk to the centre of Dawlish within seconds but still tucked away from the main roads. Exactly like the photos, very clean and spacious accommodation. Perfect for 6 people and has everything you need! Scones on arrival were lovely too. Great hosts and would 100% stay again! Thank you both!"
We are quieter in October and November so, if you know of anyone who needs to get away from the stress and strains of everyday life, please get them to look at our site. We might be just what they need! xx
