Join us for a gentle and transformative introduction to the healing power of somatic psychotherapy.

It’s national volunteers week! We just had the pleasure of meeting Helen, Nina and Gillian at a wonderful community run shop and cafe in Llandegla. They give their own time to provide an invaluable service to their community with their lovely cafe and well stocked shop. And being located right on the Offa’s D**e path they welcome walkers year round - what a great place to stop for breakfast / lunch or a much needed brew and cake. If you’re in the area I highly recommend you pay them a visit 🥰 They accept cash and card!

How is it 1st May already??

I had another lovely day in at Plas Newydd yesterday - we made garlands out of hazel, willow, hawthorn blossom and anything else we could find 🌸 🌺 🌷foraged nettles for nettle tea (really subtle taste and many health benefits) and had a lovely breath work session - a pretty gorgeous start to the day 🥰.

Our 3 night break in Llandudno offers amazing value for money, fantastic instructors leading quality classes. With plenty of free time to explore this BEAUTIFUL area you can nourish mind body and soul - meet some new friends along the way.

Choose from the many fantastic eateries in Llandudno and nearby areas for your evening meals. When I go away I love to plan where I will eat, checking reviews and logistics. I of course will help you with some recommendations!

Known in Japan as shinrin-yoku - meaning “forest bathing” or “taking in the forest atmosphere”.

This can be as simple as walking in any natural environment and consciously connecting with what’s around you.

Being calm and quiet amongst the trees, observing nature around you whilst breathing deeply can help you de-stress and will boost your health.

I find it so peaceful to be still, look up, and observe the light through the branches, listen to the sounds of the forest, the birds, the leaves blowing in the wind.
