Unfortunately going forward we have to change our booking policy, all bookings will now require a non refundable deposit.

Once again last weekend we had a no show 😡
We had someone book two days and requested to pay on arrival. And yes you guessed it they didn’t show up. This meant that I sat all afternoon/evening waiting on this guest to arrive and even when I contacted them they refused to answer there phone/ message me back.

As a small business trying to recover from the difficulties around covid for the past two years this is very frustrating. Especially when you have turned away other people looking to come stay on that date.

We totally understand plans can change - all we ask is for people to let us know in advance. It’s not difficult.

For the majority of people who this does not apply to we thank you for your custom and look forward to seeing many of you over the next few months.
