Lovely review from one of my clients.

“What a delightful property, the village is gorgeous, the cottage directions were excellent and it was easy to find. The interior is very well planned, the kitchen dinner is big, excellently equipped (loads of kitchen utensils) and easy to keep clean.

The lounge is huge, the log burner a delight and we loved the games box.

The beds are very comfortable, the whole house and garden were super, we had a most relaxing break, love the area for walks, easy to get to the beach. We will be back”

There is a lovely beach at Holme Next The Sea - parking is abit limited and you walk through a golf course to get to it but lovely landscape and views when you get there. There are lots of these in the duns. My gardening app tells me it’s called sea holly

Creake Abbey Farmers Market
January 7th 2022 to January 6th 2023

On the 1st Saturday of each month (excluding January) Creake Abbey hosts its award winning market. 50+ stall holders come with fresh local produce including meat, fresh vegetables, fruit and flowers in season, cheeses, cakes, tartes (savoury and sweet), pies, fudge, artisan breads, pickles, rapeseed oil, vinegars, preserves, local ales, juices and plants plus much more. A number of exceptional pre-prepared dishes are on sale all made with local ingredients (and some exotic spices!). Held in two, newly roofed old Norfolk barns and outside by the picturesque pond with music and cookery theatre demonstrations at varying times throughout the year. Each event bursts with character and life. Support for farmers and local food is of paramount importance – please come along and sample all that we have on offer. The market opens at 9.30am and closes at 1pm. The shops, hair salon and framer at Creake Abbey are open from 10am to 4pm (to 5pm from Easter to October).
