We accept up to 2 small dogs as well (no additional charge)

The cottage offers guests a comfortable homely environment with gas central heating , fibre WiFi and bedding all included (no towels though)

The first bedroom has a king size bed and the other had 2 singles

There is a bathroom upstairs with a shower over the bath. Downstairs there is a dishwasher, electric oven with induction hob, large fridge freezer and plenty of items to use to cook with.

Good evening all

It is time for us to announce the end of Brynwnion holiday rentals at the end of March 2024. The cottage is currently up for sale to enable us to start the ball rolling for us to move to Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 permanently.

As much as we love the cottage unfortunately it isn’t big enough for us to live as a family in the long term and therefore we are having to put it on the market.

Our guests over the last 7 years have been amazing and we are very grateful for the way in which has been cherished by those that stay there.

We hope that who ever takes on the cottage will take on our client base and keep the plan as its stands. However, we can’t guarantee this.

It maybe that new owners also don’t take it on as a holiday let and live in it as a beautiful home as it is.

If anyone is interested in purchasing the cottage please let us know (see the attached link) - it is a fantastic opportunity.

Thankyou to you all of our amazing guests over the years and for looking after our beautiful cottage - I know it has provided many memories for many people over the years.

The Torrent walk is 7 mins by car from our door and takes about 1 hour to walk. The circular route follows the Clywedog river and gives some beautiful views.

If you like jets or planes, the Mach loop is a short drive away so you may get lucky and get the experience of being at eye level with the fighters training at low level

We do like a walk around - quieter than other beaches with great dunes for the kids.

At this time of year it can be a bit brisk but we think it’s well worth it

Refreshing walk yesterday initially down at Fairbourne before heading towards the George III and “that bridge” at Penmaenpool 😁 before heading back and putting a few decorations up.

Big thanks to a recent guest who sent these through of their trip along the Mawddach trail which follows the river along a disused rail line towards Barmouth.

It’s a cracking time of year to get away for a few days and get out and about.
