We traveled far and wide looking at the best techniques, materials, suppliers, and ‘master dippers’ to ensure we had the best of everything in our locker. As we evolve we maintain our dynamic ethos. All of our technicians and dippers are fully trained and experienced in not only the dipping side of hydrographics, but the more critical phase being preparation. All dipped parts are fully cleaned, de greased and prepared before they go to the paint shop. Here they receive several layers of treatment depending on the material. Only once the item is fully prepared does it arrive at the dipping station to receive the custom pattern. The process doesn’t stop there! Next your part goes to our finishing shop, and then finally the last stage of the process, polishing and waxing. No matter how small or large the item, we offer the same process and attention to detail ensuring a first class finish. We’ve got our first ever dip and tank on proud display showing the heritage of how we started. It might be a Tupperware box and a carbon hub cap, but everyone starts somewhere, right! We’re the kind of people who care and like to talk. Whilst we deliver a high volume of services, we’re not a conveyor belt and you’re not a number. We spend a lot of time with our clients looking at different patterns, paints, designs and finishes, using our experience to offer professional advice.
