New to Godwin's Cottage and Huts - Our lovely local produce hampers. These can be tailored to your requirements and range from £40 - £120, depending on what you would like. These photos show our £40 hamper and with that you also get a homemade loaf of bread. Ideal with the Dorset Honey or for a morning bacon sandwich with the amazing Dorset bacon. I'm afraid the picnic basket provided isn't to take home. Just get in touch if you would like more details.

It is absolutely fabulous having guests back to stay. Below is our first after Lockdown guests review that were staying in Godwin's Cottage. Makes me happy and smile!

WOW! What an amazing place! Ruth and Mike are exceptional hosts. Every question we had was answered instantly and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The cottage is behind a secure automated gate and despite the cottage being next to their own home, it feels so secluded. The terrace area and the garden are stunning and sitting in the hot tub looking over the countryside was perfection. We were even left some amazing little treats by our hosts which were so thoughtful. The extra touches like dressing gowns and slippers for the hot tub made the stay even better! We have already recommend the cottage to our friends and family and will 100% look to stay here again. The cottage is about 15 minutes or so from Durdle Door and lulworth cove and the little village even has a beautiful walled garden and if you like your history you can visit the grave of T.E Lawrence (Lawrence of Arabia) Amazing in every way! Thank you so much!

After having to close for the past 4 months, we are extremely happy and excited to be opening up our beautiful home and holiday cottage and huts tomorrow. Our first guests are staying in Godwin's Cottage which has kept us busy during Lockdown. Wonderful newly fenced garden with gorgeous views, steps down from the roof terrace into the garden and the most fabulous new Hot Tub to enjoy your evening aperitif in while gazing across the countryside.

For all the seafood and wine lovers out there. This is a must. I’m afraid The Huts are already booked but we still have availability at Godwin’s Cottage which now has it’s own private Hot Tub to relax in after tasting all the wonderful delights of The Dorset Seafood Festival. If you have a four legged faithful friend. They are more than welcome.

Well we have been busy during Lockdown ! There has been beautiful woven Chesnut fencing added to the gardens of the Huts and Cottage. There are now stairs down from the roof terrace of Godwin's Cottage into it's garden, which now has the benefit of a private Hot Tub. We have made a wonderful wildlife pond in the gardens of the Huts which the wild pheasants, birds and deer are now enjoying. There are few more things to finish off before I can add some more photos to show you all these wonderful new additions. For now though, I am enjoying testing out the new secret deck area in the gardens of the Huts, sipping a glass of wine and taking in the view and tranquillity.

4 weeks after opening up, we are sadly closed again until further notice. We are going to use this time to add some features to the gardens if it stays dry !
