Where possible we are switching over to environmentally friendly, plant based, cleaning products and accessories at .
All hail for their excellent limescale remover 🙌! It is as good as traditional leading brands at removing limescale but so much better for us and the environment. I can thoroughly recommend it - and so can our cats who love the recyclable cardboard box it came in! 😻
We also love compostable bin liners 🌱🗑️

Primroses are blooming in the garden and adding a pop of colour to our new fence and shrubs whilst they ‘bed in’. Thank you to in Holt for our gorgeous Primrose here.

The Etches Collection at Kimmeridge is a 20 mins picturesque drive away over the Purbeck Hills. Afterwards, pop into Clavells Restaurant for a bite to eat.

The winning fossils from this year's children's fossil competition are currently on display here at The Etches Collection.

They will remain here until April 30th before making their way down to Charmouth Heritage Coast Centre for a further 4 months, before ending the year at Lyme Regis Museum.

Remember, if you entered our fossil competition you can redeem your free child's annual pass for The Etches Collection at our reception desk, we look forward to welcoming you and hope our winning fossils will inspire all visitors to go out and see what they can find!

Today is National Hedgehog Day!
We sometimes have them visit The Hollies garden and have made a hedgehog hole in the fence so they can come-and-go as they please.
The first photo is of a hedgehog called ‘Walnut’ who required some help at a hospital for Hedgehogs, which is the ONLY reason he is being handled. Always admire them but never pick them up unless you have a good reason to. See if you can spot the hedgehog hole in the back garden fence 🦔

Our snowdrops are out at . The first flowers of Spring and so very snowy and pretty. I love how the spring bulbs just ‘do their own thing’ and appear under their own steam every year. Totally independent, bringing cheery pops-of-joy to a wintery garden.
