Welcome to the page of Ballawyllin Farm in the beautiful East Baldwin valley on the Isle of Man, a perfect place to relax and enjoy all that the Isle of Man has to offer. We offer self-catering accommodation in a refurbished one bedroomed 19th century Manx cottage and two open plan dome cottages, all with their own hot tubs. They are all graded 4*Gold, and are available for booking all ye

ar round. We also have B&B accommodation available in the main house for TT and Classic TT / MGP each year and at other times by arrangement. Ballawyllin Farm is owned and run by Neil and Graciela Taverner. Neil grew up on the Island and can trace his ancestry back though his mother's line to the 1600s near Laxey, and Graciela is from Mexico. We have a family of three children, plus a cat and an increasing number of chickens, and enjoy sharing our property with local wildlife including rabbits, house martins, pheasants and pipistrelle bats. We grow our own apples, plums and blackberries, and will be expanding to a wider range of fruit, vegetables and herbs in the coming months and years. Well it looks lovely. But with a couple of feet of snowdrifts up the drive we are not going anywhere for the moment!

It's a beautiful morning here at Ballawyllin. Perfect for showing off the new sliding aluminium patio doors now fitted to our two dome cottages by Doug Bairstow and his team. These should keep the domes even toastier in the winter and open up to make a lovely indoor/outdoor space to enjoy the views and the hot tub for the rest of the year.
