We have tried to think of every detail to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable. GROUND FL

Large open plan kitchen, dining room, living room, WC and utility room. Washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, indoor clothes airer and outdoor washing line (pegs provided). FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom (ensuite shower room) King size bed. Luxurious bedding & towels. Dressing table, mirror, hairdryer, 32" Smart TV, built in wardrobe. This bedroom has a juliette balcony and a stunning view. Enjoy a cuppa in bed, watching the Strangford Ferry come and go. Black out blinds and curtains if you fancy a lie in. Bedroom 2 - Twin room. 2 x Single beds. Dressing table, mirror, hairdryer, 40" Smart TV. Freestanding wardrobe. Black out blinds and curtains. Bathroom: This bathroom has a bath, ideal for a relaxing soak or to bath the little ones. Hand wash and toilet roll provided. SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 3 - Kind size bed, 32" Smart TV, luxurious bedding & towels, dressing table, mirror, hair dryer. Dressing room with double oak wardrobe. Stunning views over the Lough. This room would comfortably hold a travel cot if needed. Bedroom 4 - Double and single bed. Sleeps 3. Large built in wardrobe. Black out curtains. Bathroom: Shower. Hallway/ Landings: We have decorated the property tastefully. There are full length mirrors throughout and art work of local landmarks and attractions. CHILD FRIENDLY
We can provide a high chair, travel cot and baby monitors at no additional cost. Toys, books and board games will keep the young and old entertained. EXTRAS (No additional cost):
* A welcome basket will be provided on arrival with essential provisions.
* Essentials such as hand wash, toilet roll, bin bags, washing powder, dishwasher
tablets, tea towels and cleaning products are all provided.
* The open fire will always be set for your arrival. Logs, coal & sticks provided. OUTSIDE:
Rear private parking space two cars. Private back yard. Electric car charging point 50 metres from the front door.
