If you have a stay coming up with us in June / July your balance will be due or almost due.

Please make sure balances are paid in full 2 weeks before your stay including the £50 damages bond (this is refundable t&c apply)

Any caravan stays who haven’t been paid in full two weeks before will automatically become available again.

Where we are 👇🏾

Our Caravans are at Skipsea Sands Holiday Park. We are located on the beautiful east coast of Yorkshire. Whilst skipsea sands is bustling with families and entertainment, our plots on the westfield and farmfields are peaceful and relaxing so you can have the best of both worlds. We are lucky enough to have caravans which are rentable throughout the full 12 months, our winter breaks are equally as popular as our summer stays with plenty to do close by . The amenities are open mid March until early November and are closed through the winter.

🚨Our policy 🚨

All bookings require a £25 deposit to secure the date. Without a deposit these dates are still available to book. We also take a £50 damages fee on ALL bookings and it’s required 48 hours before your stay. This is refundable should no damages occur and is usually within 48 hours once our inspection has taken place. If damage has occurred your bond is lost. If damages exceed £50 you will be liable to pay. We ask all guests to read all information and to make sure you’ve picked the correct caravan for your stay. Check in, check out information and key info will ONLY be sent when the full balance is paid.

🏓You can select caravans with spacious patios for the kids to play or even decking to relax on.

🥶Two of them have gas central heating and one is without. (Not that this matters in the summer)

👋🏽 The site amenities close mid November and open back up in march but our caravan is still rentable through the winter.

In the last 12 months we have had 18 bedding sets go missing 🫣.

We are starting as we mean to go on with our Mollie caravan already been a “provide your own bed linen” caravan.

Our Summer and Shelley caravan still provide bedding at the moment but as of January 2025 we will only provide pillows and duvets. (Sheets, pillowcases and duvet cases will have to be taken yourselves)

We are sad that we have had to make this decision but 18 bedding sets going missing is totally unacceptable and costs our small business.

To save our guests money we leave our owners passes in each of our caravans for your stay. For the last 3 years all guests have used our passes . Please be aware that security have for the right to ask you to buy a pass from reception however this has only happened once out of 500+ stays.
