We have some news to share with you, Eddie our Head of Holiday Home Revenue will be leaving Far Grange after 19 years here, Eddie leaves us for progression within Haven taking on a new adventure at Cleethorpes Beach.

Eddie initially joined Far Grange at 16 years old working in the bars and restaurant and moving in to Caravan Sales in 2016 and becoming the Head of Holiday Home Revenue is 2023. Over this time Eddie has got to know most of our owner community here and will always hold a piece of Far Grange dear to him.

We wish Eddie all the best in his new adventure and thank him for all he has done for Far Grange.

Hi, I'm Gary, I am the Head of Food & Beverage here at Far Grange, I support Reece with food and Tom for bars.

I have worked in hospitality for 20 years now, having spent time in high street bars, restaurants and full-service hotels, this however is my first role at a Haven site, a role I am delighted with in the 7 months I've been here now.

Outside of work I like to keep fit enjoying squash, walking and working out at the gym. I have 3 amazing children of varying ages and we love spending time together watching films, going out to activities or playing games.

I have been with Haven for around 15 years at various parks around they country. Most recently Blue Dolphin and Primrose Valley and joined Far Grange in 2021. Far Grange definitely has a unique and community feel which I love.

Hello,

I'm Matt your Head of Facilities here at Far Grange, I joined Haven Primrose Valley in 2017 as a seasonal gardener. I Joined the Caravan Siting Team in May 2018, before becoming Siting Team Leader in September of the same year. In December of 2020 I became the overall Grounds & Siting Manager - A role which I held until joining Haven Far Grange as Head Of Facilities in October 2023.

I grew up in Oldham in Lancashire, before moving to Scarborough around 2001. I now live in Filey with my Family. I enjoy reading/listening to books on History - In particular, books on ancient Man and his origins and also anything relating to World War 2.

⚠️Weather Warning ⚠️

The Met Office has issued an yellow weather warning for wind that will affect large parts of North Yorkshire during Friday.

Please may we ask you all to take great care when walking around the park and travelling to and from Far Grange

If you are on park can we also request that all outdoor furniture is strapped down securely and windows, doors and storage boxes are locked.

Between 6am and 9pm, Storm Éowyn is expected to bring very strong winds and widespread disruption.

We will action regular patrols and checks on your beautiful holiday homes throughout the day, and as always we will keep you fully up to date.

Hi, I’m Brian the grounds and Siting Manager here at Far Grange.

I started my Haven career in November 2023 moving here when my wife accepted a role on the Stroke ward at Bridlington hospital.

My last two roles were as Head gardener on private estate in North Yorkshire, previous to that I had a career in gym management with Pure Gym.
I love my role here at Far Grange and the diversity in the day to day needs of the park.

Being out on the park with the team and speaking with the owners is by far my favourite part of the job.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my first year and excited for what 2025 brings, please feel free to grab me out on park to say hello or email me at [email protected]
