I’ve got great news! Travel Counsellors has been rated ‘Green’ for Covid flexibility on the new Which? Holiday Checker!

After taking part in several surveys with the leading UK consumer champion Which? this year, today the company launched a consumer-focussed online tool that rates companies green, amber or red based on their refund and amendment policies in relation to Covid-19 travel disruption. It is designed to make it easy for people to check which travel companies have provided the best service to their customers, offering flexible booking options and refunds, and which ones could leave them out of pocket if circumstances change.

After the UK Government’s announcement yesterday, the following positive changes have been made to the Traffic Light System 😀
There are lovely destinations that have been added to the Green List and will take effect for all arrivals from 4am on 30th June. The lists will be reviewed every 3 weeks.
