** Update 27.05.24 **
The same lads were caught again down Bridge Road at the bottom of our track at 10.00pm last night and were out of the car. When challenged they told a neighbour they had lost their dog.
He has the registration number of the car and them legging it on his security camera.
I’ve reported it to 101 this morning but I’m not allowed to make the reg number public! (It starts with NG59…)
Anyone who spots them acting suspiciously can register it on incident no. 162.

Last Thursday night (23rd) about 8.45pm, I came home to a car down our track with four lads in it. We live on Harrow Hill down the track next to the phone box. Unless you’re visiting or lost you have no reason to be down there. On asking them what they were doing, they kept saying ‘we are just driving around’. They seemed to have interest in my neighbours field with the horses in it. I made them leave but they seemed to be up to no good. I stupidly didn’t get the number plate but it’s a dark Volvo estate. My husband has caught them down here again this afternoon. He was on a motorbike so couldn’t get the plate. My neighbours have been notified but keep your eyes peeled you lovely lot up here, as I feel they may be back. 🫤

Last night, we said goodbye to Mr Milo, our eldest Alpaca, nearly 15 yrs old, who passed away in his sleep. Run free and feast on those windfall apples. He's now joined our other pets, dogs, alpacas, ducks, and hens who've departed this world in the last few years.
