Instead we are working together to take on the global cab companies and we both realise we can only offer the service and coverage if we WORK TOGETHER. Two bits of news from T20.. we've now started to roll out in car card payment. Please let the operator know if you want to pay by card in the car!

Secondly, as Card payments are on the rise, so are the processing costs associated with this. From Sunday our minimum fare will increase to £4.50. This is to cover the additional costs. This is still cheaper than most of our competitors!

One thing to remember - when you book a cab and pay on card via the app it will take a holding payment to cover the fare. If you decide to cancel the taxi then then fare will be returned by your bank within 2 to 3 working days. Enjoy!
