Dairy Cottage sits high above the pretty riverside town of Dulverton on the south facing slopes of the River Barle. In the valley is the rushing river, at the top of the hill is open moorland. Exmoor ponies and red deer can be seen within yards of the cottage, and sometimes from the cottage itself. Just to say that we have updated the fire alarms to linked mains alarms in all rooms and locks on the cottage to thumbscrew exits as per the new fire regulations

We can't wait to get back to the cottage, it seems so long. Soon we will be able to go and make sure all is well for our first guests arriving on 13th April. We are looking forward to seeing the cottage again and these lovely ponies on Winsford Hill.

Dairy Cottage is one of several attractive converted farm buildings set high on the southern slopes of the beautiful Barle Valley within the Exmoor National Park, above the pretty little riverside town of Dulverton, which is just two miles away and has an array of independent shops

The cottage is single storey with a double bedroom, a small triple bunk room and spacious bathroom at the back, whilst the attractive living area and kitchen enjoy the views and southerly aspect at the front and patio doors open out to an enclosed area with pleasant views and seating.

The cottage also benefits from the use of a communal garden with picnic tables and lovely views and its own designated off road parking place
