Well, there's been a fair bit of activity behind the scenes. The estate agent has things well underway. The photographer has been out and taken lots of (hopefully) enticing pictures for the advert. The surveyor has been out and done the home report. I've not seen that yet, but the agent says there's nothing bad. I've handed over a set of keys, so they can go ahead with viewings. The agent thinks the advert could go live perhaps on Tuesday - it's definitely imminent. And our last ever guest arrives on Friday, for two nights. It's all happening!
I think I'll keep this page for the next project, just rename it. I want to keep Uppa Close on record, because I want to move on to similar things. I'm going to have a go at buying a doer-upper, doing it up, and selling it on. Exactly what we did with this one, but without the Airbnb bit in between! Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Everyone said I was crazy to try to have a holiday flat in the Renton, but it worked 😊
