We are now taking bookings for the year ahead with deposits as little as £50 you can reserve your dates via DM.

We are a pet welcoming holiday home, situated on The Solway Coast in Southerness, Scotland. With the added bonus of the Parkdean facilities on site and the beach just a stones throw away, this is the perfect location for your family staycation.

We still have plenty of dates available throughout June, July & August (very limited in August) to stay with us at Southerness Holiday Park there’s plenty for all the family to do but also a lovely beach a stones throw away for that quiet getaway.

We offer 3,4 & 7 night stays, and as always pets 🐶 are more than welcome with well behaved owners 😉

Good evening all! It’s been an amazing season this season!! We hope all our guests enjoyed staying with us and we would just like to take this opportunity to say Thank you so much to you all. We never thought Seaview Retreat would be so popular but how wrong we were.

Our latest booking today means the diary is completely FULL until Monday 27th September. The feedback and reviews so far from all our visitors have been amazing so we would like to say thank you 😊

Unfortunately our diary 📔 is now full for the summer with the exclusion of 2 x Mon-Fri stays (4nights) in June. 14th - 18th June and 21st - 25th June.
