We have a few dates left for September and October that we will list in the next few days,going to put them on here first for our regulars before putting them on the Southerness page,so if you want to stay in our 2 bedroom bungalow only 2mins from the beach please check out our last dates for the season,all towels and bedding supplied and a welcome tray and bottle of wine in the fridge,we have one break that’s became available today,August 23rd -August 27th for 4 nights pm for more details

Just finishing some bits and pieces to get Drumelg ready for this weekend,I like to thank everyone who has booked a wee break at the Bungalow,we are going to close bookings at the end of the next week for this season as we are nearly fully booked for 2021 🙏

Went down yesterday to see the Make over and took not one photo in the house,I spent the time on the beach and in the garden,if you’ve already booked and bringing your dog this is the perfect garden for your dogs holiday,it’s all right for weans as well lol 🪴

After yesterday’s announcement we are now talking bookings from April 26th,we are a small family business where you can be assured a family welcome,we present our bungalow to the same standards as you would expect at home with a tray of tea & coffee,shortbread and a bottle of wine in the fridge!!,Your pets are equally welcome,we are dog and pet owners ourselves and know they are one of the family,if your looking for dates and prices please pm for details,we will take bookings on our page this week before we release our Bungalow to other holiday booking sites 🏖

Looking forward to seeing the changes happening at Drumelg in the next month,obviously I’m not doing the renovations myself but will be putting in the finishing touches like yellow deck chairs and Punch & Judy display in the Sun Room,happy to say we’re keeping the open fire for cosy nights and perfect for the dog to get comfy,bookings available from June pm for more details 🏖

Some photos today at Drumelg before the renovations begin next week,me and Buffy had a great wee day with a visit to John Paul Jones 🇺🇸 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 birthplace,will put a video up later from our wee walk around the grounds of his museum only 5mins drive from Drumelg 🐶 🤡

Just 5min walk from Drumelg is the “Mermaid Bar” I can highly recommend this venue for food and entertainment,great place for all the family with some 5* events all season also used to work here as Bubbles for 20yrs so hopefully do some shows this summer,looking forward to spending some time at the Mermaid myself this year 🥘 🍺
