Our driver, Ian McMinn, was recently invited to Buckingham Palace to celebrate the RNLI's 200th anniversary in the presence of the Princess Royal and the Duke of Kent (President of the RNLI).

Service 130 on the stenton route will not be able to service Summerfield Road - apologies for the inconvenience :(
123 service as from this afternoon to facilitate the school kids will go on the afternoon run to Pencaitland and East Saltoun then turn around and go back the same way to Gifford - Tomorrow morning the 0735 to Gifford will not run and instead it will go to Pencaitland and East Saltoun for 0750 and run back the same way to allow the school children to travel to school - I hope this is a good compromise whilst the B6355 Road is closed :) I hope this is welcome news to some :)
123 Service - Temporary Road Closure - B6355 Greenlaw to B6368 Junction commencing Thursday 7th March until 15th March 2024 at the earliest FROM Council the road closure will be in force to all vehicular traffic due to the deep patching works undertaken. All traffic will need to follow the diversion route as detailed on the attached plan. and unfortunately the detour will not be suitable for our 123 Gifford Circle service - we apologies for any inconvenience this will cause - but council needs to fix the road.

School Route 121 North Berwick High School has had a wee issue and has broken down - the service bus hopefully has filled the Gap apologies for any inconvenience caused.

120 Service North Berwick to Dunbar currently has broken down and we are sending out a replacement vehicle so apologise for any inconvenience this may cause as he is going to be running late :(
121 service currently is being diverted due to an accident at railway bridge round from Merry Hatton so will go through Kingston and Drem but cannot service under the railway bridge :)
123 Gifford Circle apologies peeps I have been informed that this service is still not getting down Lempockwells - other than that its back to Normal :)
123 service I believe all roads are open so the service will be back to Normal and servicing Seggarsdean - Thank you for your patience everything as they say comes to those that wait :) hae a braw rest of your day :)

Thank you so much to everyone for your kind comments and support. It will definitely take a bit of getting used to for Caroline and I to have time in our hands and not be controlled by my beloved Eve’s. I am so grateful for my time with all my work colleagues some even felt like family and I will miss them dearly. I will also miss all our very loyal customers and without them this would not have been possible. I sincerely wish all at Eve’s and Lothian continued success. Will catch up with everyone in time….which I have now plenty of 👍🤣. Thanks again to everyone 😊
