⛵AHOY MATE!⛵ The Employability Service has processes and practices allowing us to be agile in how we support clients. Sometimes it goes perfectly well... Our client came in to see us having spend most of his career with a local Dundee factory which sadly closed it's doors. He was very proactive and got involved in the process. This gave us the opportunity to work alongside him to get him where he wanted to go. When he saw this role advertised, it was the start of a process that wouldn't only secure him the right role, but it was the start of a fantastic working relationship between the Employability Service and the Dundee Heritage Trust.
