Within walking distance to the town centre, Ivygrove is situated in sought after Cromwell Street and comprises front-facing sitting room with bay windows, kitchen with views to the hills beyond Dunoon, a recently fitted wet room, utility cupboard and the three bedrooms, two of which are good sized doubles.
Externally the flat boasts a private garden with a delightful summer house and off-road parking for two vehicles.

Property Description
�The upper villa is accessed at the rear via a lane to the side of the property where a set of steps next to the parking area ascend to the vestibule and on to the hallway which provides access to all rooms. The comfortable sitting room has bay windows to the front and ample space for lounge furniture. The kitchen is at the rear and looks to the hills beyond the town; two of the three bedrooms are doubles with one to the front and one to the rear and a smaller single bedroom to the front .
It sleeps 5 guests comfortably .
The wet room has been recently fitted with a modern suite of WC, wash-hand basin and electric shower and benefits by wet-wall panelling and non-slip flooring.

Situated to the rear is a lovely garden laid mainly to lawn and with a summer house and patio area at the top , perfect for entertaining and bbq and a cool refreshing drink as the sun goes down .
There is also a double parking area provides a secure place for two vehicles to park.
