Beautiful, tranquil But'n'Ben set high on the rocks over looking the Clyde Estuary. Anvil Cottage was originally the anvil shop attached to the blacksmiths home. Saved and restored it's a beautifully compact But'n'Ben with a log burning fire, a single cabin style bed, a double loft bed and a double sofa bed. there's a stunning view from the outside terrace and a, soon to be, fully functioning kitc

hen. The Cottage dates from the 1880's and is always in need of a little something, or at least that's what I say as I paint, sew and lovingly care for this gem on the Clyde. When you hire the Anvil Cottage for a get away it comes with linen and towels and there's a handy set-back car parking area at the bottom of the rocks. We love to eat in the Villagers Royal along the road and there's a handy village shop nearby. Happy to answer any and all messages so don't be shy!
