As severe weather has impacted our community and park, the safety and well-being of our owners, team, and local residents has been our top priority.
We would like to say a big thank you to our dedicated team members who worked tirelessly to manage the situation and ensure everyone's safety during this challenging time. Here’s an update on the progress being made:
✨Over 40 fallen trees have been cleared by the foresters.
✨Contractors are on-site, removing debris to ensure safety.
✨Our team is carrying out a major clean-up operation.
✨Skips have arrived to assist with waste removal.
✨Gallagher Insurance assessors have already been on-site to speed up the claims process.
Our team has also been working tirelessly to contact every owner to provide updates. Most owners have visited the park to check their units and begin their insurance processes. Please note that, due to power outages, the contents of fridges and freezers may need your attention.
While you are welcome to visit the park, we kindly request that you refrain from staying overnight at this time. With ongoing work involving heavy machinery and clean-up teams, your safety remains our priority.
