Scottish Borders Holiday Cottage Three beautiful cottages in the middle of Scottish Borders. A real sense of 'home from home'. Four legged furry guests are very welcome. Group bookings available.

Stable Yard Cottage was originally built as part of the accommodation of an old coaching inn, now called Castletoun House. The cottage has been sympathetically restored and furnished in a pleasing mix of contemporary and period styles which makes it warm, homely and spacious. In particular the upstairs seems more like a house than a cottage, as there is masses of room with both a big bathroom and

an excellent shower room. Downstairs in the well equipped modern kitchen you can try your hand at the two oven Aga or fall back on the combi oven/microwave - either will produce great results. The living room is perfect for all the family to gather in, to enjoy the evening warmth of the wood burning stove, watch the television or browse the internet using the free WiFi.

Stable Yard Cottage. Sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Lovely cottage with a traditional feel. This cottage is rather spacious and thus can accommodate bigger breeds of dogs.

Remember a rolling road closure will be in operation along The Tour Of Britain Stage 1 route in the Borders tomorrow.
There may be some travel delays, particularly where the race crosses or follows the trunk road network, including the A68 north of Jedburgh and at St Boswells.

Stable Yard Cottage was originally built as part of the accommodation of an old coaching inn, now called Castletoun House. The cottage has been sympathetically restored and furnished in a pleasing mix of contemporary and period styles which makes it warm and spacious.

The Tackhouse is beautifully refurbished compact little cottage located in a walled garden off a secluded courtyard. It has its own garden, is quiet and suitable for intimate gatherings.

Just like The Tackhouse, this The Groom’s Bell is sympathetically refurbished, extremely warm and cosy and situated in walled garden off a secluded courtyard. And unlike The Tackhouse, this cottage welcomes dogs.
