Yeah an overall score of 78% puts us bang in the middle of a solid 4⭐️ rating overall. But look at those 100% score for cleaning and management 😁 Once again commended for our housekeeping and the lack of "dog" in such a pet friendly house. An extra well done to Linzi for her expert deep clean skills 👏
As demonstrated most of the 3⭐️ scores are based around our size which obviously I can't really do anything about as there's nowhere to extend to 😅

So our visit went well with the inspector once again saying we offer above and beyond expectations! She couldn't believe how much the place has evolved since last year🥰
Hospitality is defined as the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers so why wouldn't we continue to try and improve?!

So today we said goodbye to Maureen and her family especially little Isaac who was ever such a good boy during his holiday and was the winner of star pupil of the year in his school! Well done!
We are now busy preparing for our Visit England Assessment tomorrow; That seemed to have come round really quickly.
We like everyone to know that the service we provide is as good as it possibly can be and everyone goes home happy 😊

It's a beautiful day here in Durham. I'm going to walk the dogs and then get busy preparing for new guests. We still have a couple of free weekends in Aug so why not treat yourselves and try out our new pizza oven!
9th and 16th Aug still available!

Wow what a busy day! Up at 6am to prepare the house for new arrivals, clean hot tub, 4 loads of washing, meet and greet new guests, assemble new chicken feeders,trip to pet shop for more food, walk 3 dogs, coffee break with Ann, prepare Peters tea,clean our own house and now doing admin. Looking forward to out little break at the weekend!
