The countdown to our lambing event is on 🐑

From the 1st to the 4th of April, you can come and say hello to the newest members of the Westlands family. Tickets are £3 per person and will be available to purchase on the day. Under threes are free.

Enjoy a fun-filled family day in the spring sunshine.

Included in the ticket price:
🌼 Meeting the ewes and lambs
🌼 Bouncy castle (suitable for 10s and under)
🌼 Games including welly-wanging and tic-tac-toe

GOING GREEN ✅☀️

Last week was a huge week for . During our maintenance week, we installed 24 solar panels along with three batteries at in Durley as part of our commitment to the environment and ‘going green’.

It is expected that we will recoup our outlay in 2-3 years so from our perspective it was a complete no brainer to get the works done! 👷🏼‍♂️💵

As we are not on site every day, we have also installed a system that allows us to control the underfloor heating system on our phones so when guests have checked out we can reduce our costs. We now also have the ability to turn the hot tubs off remotely via an app meaning they won’t run continuously throughout the week if we don’t have any guests staying 💪🏻

This alongside our new electric car charging points will see us significantly reduce our carbon footprint ⚡️

One of our locals 🏴‍☠️

Some of you might have noticed that the old pirate ship has now gone, it was looking rather…well ship wrecked! We know there were a few sad faces when the children realised it was gone….

…We have a brand new pirate ship☠️ making its way to The Robin Hood as we speak! Bringing even more fun to our pub garden! We know how much the little ones enjoyed the last one, so we know they will love our brand new one!

Martin and The Robin Hood team would like to send a massive "high five!! 🙌🏼" to our fantastic maintenance manager ⭐️Keith Brown⭐️ for all his hard work over the last few months. For repainting our decking, tirelessly giving attention to detail inside and outside, for getting our garden area looking fresh again for the coming year, repainting our outside bar and generally being "on tap" for anything and everything we need!! ... and being amazing! 💥💯 couldn't do it without you❣️
Not to mention the superb refresh inside our stunning pub 🥰🙌🏼

Brown🌺 for another season of stunning flower baskets and stunning displays, they're beautiful!! 🌻🌺🌿🌸
