Ffermdy is a beautiful stone built farmhouse. Sleeps 6 and has a family bathroom and en-suite. Downstairs has a kitchen / diner and a lounge with log burner and beautiful views of the Rhinog mountains. The perfect set up for a few nights away. We are based in Dyffryn Ardudwy, in Snowdonia National Park. Bwthyn is a 5 mi ute stroll from the beach, we are nestled in between the sea and mountains so you get both of those beautiful views 😍

We have 1st-7th June (6 nights) available in Ffermdy.

Ffermdy has breath taking views of the Rhinog mountain range, it has a large kitchen/diner to enjoy those meals with the family and a large lounge area to chill out in the evening. Ffermdy sleeps 6 with a family room and 2 doubles, it also has a family bathroom and an en-suite. You can take a short stroll through our fields to the quiet and clean beach. Most of our customers say "its like having our own private beach".

This beautiful woodland walk is just up the road from your cottage.
It has many different paths to choose from. The woods are currently full of Bluebells and Wild garlic 😋
This place is perfect to explore with the kids or just to escape the rain 🌧

If your looking for a last minute getaway we have availability from Friday 17th and Saturday 18th in Ffermdy and Bwthyn. They have both been reduced 🙂

Starting from Dolgellau and ending over the iconic Barmouth Bridge. If you haven't done this yet, it's definitely a must. Perfect for: ■ Pushchairs ✔️ ■ Bikes ✔️ ■ Wheelchairs ✔️ ■ Runners ✔️ ■ Walkers ✔️ ■ Bird spotting ✔️ This trail has something for everyone. There are plenty of benches along the route to enjoy a family picnic, cuppa or just to enjoy the breathtaking views. Or if you can wait until Penmaenpool, you can have lunch at @georgeiiihotel. The Welsh Highland Heritage Railway 🚂 You will find this great little train in Porthmadog opposite the main train line. Enjoy a short journey to Pen y Mount Junction. On the way back, you stop at the museum that offers a lot of kids entertainment (my boys love it there), and on dry days, you can travel the miniature railway too 😀 There is also a cafe and shop on site. Here are 3 luxury self catering cottages in the heart of Snowdonia. You have breathtaking views of the beach and the mountains.

Ffermdy - Sleeps 6, with 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin with an ensuite, 1 family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, a large open plan kitchen/diner, a lounge with comfortable sofas with a log burner for those cosy winter nights.

Beudy - Sleeps 4, with 1 double and 1 twin room with dressing table in each, a shower room, a large kitchen/diner and the lounge has a cozy log burner. In the lounge you can step out onto your private patio and enjoy the views of the sea.

Bwthyn - Sleeps 6, with 2 double bedrooms (one is situated on the ground floor with an en-suite), and 1 twin room with tv and dvd player, 1 family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, a lounge with stunning mountain views and the kitchen had a range style electric cooker and a dining table to have those family meals. (This property has been renovated in March 2019)
