The Blue Lamp Trust raises money to support it's Bobby Scheme which helps vulnerable and elderly residents in Hampshire.

Money is raised though Blue Lamp Trust (Services) Ltd by providing driver training and education. The Blue Lamp Trust was established in 2010 to promote and improve community safety in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. It is a registered charity which generates an income through driver training for business, taxi driver services and fundraising efforts. All profits are used to support the Bobby Sch

eme. The Bobby Scheme ( Blue Lamp Trust - Bobby Scheme) is a free practical service offering support and assistance to the elderly and vulnerable in the county. The work of the Blue Lamp Trust is supported by the local emergency services with executives from the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue Service and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary serving as Trustees. "Although disappointed at my first attempt, the reassurance and feedback from Tony at my debrief was greatly appreciated. He was very professional throughout both assessments.

Before the assessments started he was very clear on what the assessment would involve, during the assessments his instructions were again very clear and at both debriefs gave good advice on how I could improve my driving.

Today we say goodbye to our volunteer Cyber Advisor Trevor.

Trevor has been part of the scheme since it launched in January 2022. Over this time he has volunteered 138 hours of his time to support vulnerable members of the community.
