STEM lab.mp4
STEM ambassadors from Imhotep Charter High School, who delivered a water filtration project to five of our partner schools in Ghana, travelled to our partner school, St Trizah, in Kenya this month to build a STEM lab at the school, providing students with robotics, technology, and codingβ all focused on being intentional about sustainability.
They also delivered their water filtration project at St Trizah, teaching students about water quality, how to test their water and how to print water filters using a 3D printer.
Using Hydroponic farming, the STEM Ambassadors built an innovative hydroponic system at St Trizah that grows crops without soil. They taught the students how to build and sustain the system to ensure that it is a sustainable food source.

Our own 12 year partnership with DCCT, known as Rams in Kenya, continues to grow and flourish, and three volunteers were recognised last night for having travelled with us for an incredible 10 trips.
Congratulations to Steve, Lauren and Rosemarie for your awards and thank you for everything you do for our partner schools in Kenya.
